Myflowerapp — No response

I ordered a cake for my friend on 21 May 2021 and opted for same day delivery and the website charged me ₹195 for the same. The website said due to Covid there might be delay in delivery but today is 22 May 2012. The status of my order is still preparing. And I don't think so they are ever going to deliver my order.
