Myflowerapp — Non-delivery of order. No refund. | |||||
Ordered a cake for my parents' anniversary and paid extra to have it delivered between 1pm and 2pm. From 1.30pm onwards I tried contacting their customer care by call and on their website chat. No one answers their customer care number and the chat personnel simply say "let me check" and then disappear without response. After 3 hours of delay, I asked for a refund and they told me to call the same customer care number. Finally I miraculously got through right after they told me to call but the call executive refused to help and said that the delivery person damaged the cake and a new one would be sent later. I told him the purpose was not served and the time slot payment was pointless. He told me to email them and they would revert asap. I did. No acknowledgement or response. Finally the chat personnel said they would refund the time slot delivery charge to the myflowerapp wallet and would not refund the cake amount. No refund issued, no cake received, no accountability and absolutely the worst customer care I have ever encountered. Even if they actually refund the delivery charge, it is not to my bank account but to their website wallet so I am forced to use their services again despite wanting nothing to do with their business ever again on the basis of this absolutely rubbish experience with them.
