I had ordered cake worth Rs.645/- from myflower app, order id is #[protected], on 19th August 2022, near kamareddy, telanagana. They had accepted the ordered that it’s deliverable and in the evening they called me and said it’s undeliverable location, so we will cancel the order and we will refund the amount within 7-10 days. thenbi said ok. but now it’s like 15 days passed. then i want to contact customer support of them but no contact number is available and only some mail id is there, from which they are responding like a more than a day, and now they are saying that it’s not able refund from to my account and they are telling all some non sense excuses, they want me to buy some thing from there app only itseems . please look into this issue.
