Myflowerapp — Order not delivered and no refund as well

I made an order on 17th May for a cake and candle for INR 599 but late in the evening i got a call saying that cake wont be delivered. They ruined the whole day but understanding the current situation i said its ok and asked for my refund for which the agent said she can provide the wallet balance in myflowerapp but no refund. I no longer intent to use the website again but they are not ready to give my credit back to my account. The agent was very very rude. She said i was wasting her time. Firstly they are not able to provide the serivce and when asked about refund they are being rude. Such bad service and even worse customer serivce. I wish i had visited this website first as almost for everyday there is a complaint registered against myflowerapp on this website and most of the complaints are similar. Please never fall for this website as there is no qurantee of good service at all.
