I was pleasantly surprised to see a
sugarfree option on myflowerapp website.
So I ordered a sugarfree cake for my
diabetic mother for her birthday but it
clearly is not a sugarfree cake and the cake
shop delivering the cake confirmed that it is
not sugarfree
Myflowerapp is misleading the customer.
They just said that they were sorry for the
inconvenience caused when I chatted with
them asking them about their action.
They should clearly remove the option “SUGAR FREE" from their website because
that is not what customer is receiving and it
could land the diabetic patient who is consuming the cake in trouble Was this information helpful? |
