Myflowerapp — They know for unable to deliver but taken order

My order number[protected] and it is not delivered and they know for unable to deliver my location but they taken order and took amount of Rs 1948.00 now they are saying we are unable to deliver and we asked for refund but they are responding in this I humble request you to please look in this matter seriously and do the necessary action on the My Flower App immediataly.
Please do the needful.

Updated by Srivyas My complaint still not resolved and still i am awaiting my refund amount of Rs 1948.00 please look in this matter seriously and do the necessary action immediately without further delay .
