Hi,

My name is Sudhakar Mishra and my contact no is [protected], I am customer of mygrahak.com , I have done online shopping of eatables .

My order no is 12187602 and I have given order on 27th July 2013 and today is 05 Aug 2013 . on 1st Aug 2013 my products were delivered except four products and according to them the rest of the items should be deliver till 3rd Aug 2013. My payment is clear on the order date (27th Jul 2013) early in the morning .

According to the web site there time of delivery is within 24 to48 hours and the same thing is given in invoice also.

More than 7 days have passed out and still my products are not delivered so please take some action in this issue because I am facing inconvenience.

Sir/Madam,

I had ordered six items vide order no.12186570 on the website www.mygrahak.com and the delivery of order took place on on sunday i.e. 07/07/2013, it is to inform that the delivery has been done incompletely by their representative at 4.00 pm, the representative immediately kept four polythene bags in my house and told that one product was out of stock i.e. britannia nice time 160 gm 2 packs and was not delivered the amount of money quoted was deducted and remaining amount collected for the order

The following is placed before you for necssary action:

The order included six items out one of the items was safachat combo which included lizol 975 ml, one yellow duster, Gala Dustpan , Brush Out of the four lizol 975 ml and yellow duster were not delivered and charged.
secondly the order had one of the item pepsodent 2 in 1 150gm+ 150 gm however the delivery comprised of pepsodent germicheck 150gm+ 150 gm,
thirdly, one product was told to be out of stock i.e. britannia nice time 160 gm 2 packs and was not delivered , however, the amount of money quoted was deducted.

In view of the above, it is requested that the company may be asked to arrange the delivery of the products not delivered and the product wrongly given replaced and appropriately guided for prevention of such fradulent behaviour.

hi this is yogesh s.deshpande here,
when i just check about order status its shown out of area so while collecting the payment why not given the information so plz send the product or return my money back i[censored] cant send me the good of mine. the details of it as below-

Mygrahak.com is a worst online shopping portal, I have faced this problem with it:

1. My order number 8425 was for a Park Avenue deodorant pack of 2 for Rs.249/-, which was taken by some Mr. Nikhil on the phone.
2. 1st problem - they commit time of 48 hours of delivery - but it was sent after 72 hours.
2. Main problem - they sent some haryanavi jaat (mannerless scary person) with only 1 deodorant and took the whole amount of Rs. 249/- as my wife was not aware that 2 should be delivered. When i called them with the complaint, they said we shall deliver it the next day, which never happened, then i called again, and they said you have already taken the delivery and we will not send it.

My advice to anyone buying from Mygrahak.com is to stay away from these bunch of fools, as they are illiterate, uneducated bunch of jaats running this, they are cheaters, rude.

I wasted my time and money by using Mygrahak.com.
