We order 21 dvds in feb 2016. and we received only 10 dvds. we paid for all dvds, now they are not replying back by email and also by phone. we want our money back or rest of dvds. We tried to contact them so many times by phone and tried to contact by email, but no one gave reply. We are trying to reach them since Feburary, but nobody reached us yet. There is lack of communication with this people and not a good customer serivce at all. We need either our money back or they can send us rest of the dvds.
MY order number is # [protected] & Invoice # A 17642. They sent 1dvd on 29/02/2016 and another 9dvds after 2weeks, but we still missing 10 more dvds.

No one replied from the company yet. We have been following the same process to communicate with anyone working with this company, but no one pick up our call and no one replying by email as well. They provided the contact number on their Website; phone number is 9249598165 and email address is [email protected]. [email protected] this is my email address by which we tried to contact them, but no one reply back. So, we don't know how to contact this people & get our product or money. Please resolve our problem as quickly as possible.
