I have received two products
(1) friskers (woman teal solid French leisure now padded wirefree lingerie set) amt of Rs 499 on
(2) Brachy (strapless lingerie set) amt of Rs 584 on which is partially delivered.
Complain raised on 31 jan 23.
Refund initiated of Rs 499, which complain I have already registered that wrong iniation done from myntra. Care centre assured me to cancel wrong refund and initiate either replacement or refund for brachy product.
Delivery agent pickup brachy product on 02 feb 23 at approx 1100 hrs.
Again I did complain for this initiation of pick up. Care centre assured me for refund or replacement.
Now after several complains and conversation there is still neither product received nor refund initiated. Pl initiate actual refund with panalty raised on myntra for negligency on delivering partial product and giving fake response and reply to initiate refund of actual amount.
