I was supposed to recieve a refund more than a month ago and it still hasn't credited to my account. Whenever i try to contact myntra, they say useless things like contact your bank and 'we can't do anything about it. We're giving u the reference numbers. We don't have any more authority.' and i contacted the bank many times but no use. And when i contacted myntra again and asked for help, they said they couldn't do anything else and gave me the reference numbers which i provided to the bank but to no use. Guess what myntra, i made the contract with you, i paid the money to you. So if i don't get it back, you're the one i'm going to hold responsible and you're the one who should feel responsible for giving back the money, if you can't take responsibility for refunding customer's money then don't make online payment mandatory while purchasing. And don't try to get away again by just providing me reference numbers. Actually talk to the bank and do something about it. Was this information helpful? |
