Myntra.com — about my order

Dear sir,
I ordered a shirt on 29th september 2019. It was supposed to deliver on 12 th october but they delivered it on 4 th october. I got a message about successful delivery. They even did not call me when they delivered. Initially, i thought they perhaps deliver to the hostel manager but when went, there was nothing. Now when i called them on 12 th october that i have not got my order they are saying that it is too late to help you of any kind. Please help me out.
