I'm not sure if your team will be able to help me with my problem, but I wanted to let you know about a few of your products that I brought from the Myntra site.Although I usually stick to a brand, after using the wallet for a few days the leather started to peel in some corners. It now looks like a roadside market wallet, where they used to sell them for fifty or sixty rupees, but I paid more than a thousand rupees for it. We are unable to assist you because the merchandise return policy has been broken, according to Myntra customer service. Indeed, but where is the responsibility for your brand? Not anywhere? If the customer is not satisfied, then it's acceptable?
I want a solution rather than sorry or deeply apologize mail.
