Myntra.com — account deactivated for no reason

My account has been decent volume of transactions and thus aware of their return /refund policy.
Despite that my account has been blocked, so i cannot raise ant return request as well.
Today i received the message that it has been deactivated. On asking the customer care they had no clue as to why my account was deactivated.

Order no. Order no.:[protected]-2203403 need ato be returned but i am unable to do so as the account is blocked.
