Myntra.com — Account deactivated: Unable to return/exchange products with poor quality/fit issues

My Myntra account has been deactivated. I’m unable to return/exchange any orders which I want to because of fitting/quality issues but I’ve been denied any access or cooperation in doing so. I’m not getting proper justification on why my account has been deactivated. All my orders were prepaid, have been delivered to my permanent residence and were solely for my consumption. Ive been consistently trying to reach out to support team to clarify any concerns they have but no cooperation I’m getting. My money is stuck. Please help
