I made a purchase on ____1st and 4th feb
Due to some reason, I returned the product.
I got the refund amount in my Myntra wallet on 5th Feb.
As I could not find ways to reuse the amount, I requested to transfer the amount to my bank account. Which according to customer care is now non transferable as per new policies. As guided by a friend I requested to suspend my myntra account so that the amount would be transferred to my bank. But now My account has been suspended and the amount "4473" is blocked. Without informing me.
I had called several times to Myntra customer care, but every time I get different solution
According to the last call l was advised to create another myntra account and to send my identity proof through app support.
To transfer the amount to another myntra account. But still I have not got any revert. I did not expect this harassment from such a big brand. Even i asked Customer service either reactivate my account or transfer the amount to my bank or to another myntra account.
Even on 20th of Feb i had received a call from myntra supervisor. She told me to share details throught another myntra account such as valid ID proof and another myntra account details to transfer the amount. I did as she told me but i didn't recieved any response.
