Myntra.com — account suspended with rs8000+ still in account

I reached out to myntra for one of the order they cancelled. They told me someone called them to transfer money to their account. I asked them how can they verify if the person calling is not calling from registered mobile number. They should have called me to check or emailed me. None of this was done. Eventually they called me when i was busy and kept telling me they want to close my account. I told them to not do so, and call me next day. No one called back. Now my myntra account has been suspended without my approval. The remaining money rs 8000+ is still in my account. Kindly refund me back my money, i'm very frustrated. I'm unbale to call them (Phone inputs does not work) or send them emails, they respond back saying connect from website. Which does not reach anywhere. Its going in circles
