[Resolved]  Myntra.com — amount deducted but no order has been created against it thus refund requested.

Dear Team, there is an amount INR 1, 103, 13 has been debited from my credit card as you can see in the attached screenshot on 7th apr, 24, but no order has been created against it thus refund is requested.
Case : for one of the order in exchange I was making an order on which additionally 1, 103.13 INR has to be paid. First I tried making payment using credit card card ending with 8001 and amount was deducted (also confirmed with Credit card consumer helpline that amount has been credited to Myntra) but Myntra did not updated payment details and order was not placed.
I waited till evening but the there was no paid amount status on Myntra against the order.
For limited exchange request timeline I have ordered another item and paid amount using card ending 2004, and it was successful.
But please note that payment done with card ending 8001 as attached is credited in Myntra’s account without creating any order for which I am unable to track any refund.
I tried reaching out Myntra through chat/Call/mail but no effective output received as the calls and chats are restricted to created orders's query and on mail i find no response.
I request you to please check the statement and process refund request.
