Myntra.com — amount got debited order wasn't, placed no refund received | |||
On 4th dec, amount of 5211.35 got debited to myntra, but order was not placed. I called the customer care, they assured me refund will be done within 48 hrs.Later i have placed another order for Rs.4373.41 which was successful. After 3 days I m yet to receive the refund. Customer care now is not able to give me any proper information.Attaching the screenshot of amount debited in my statement Was this information helpful? | |||

My complaint was resolved by my bank HDFC, they have given refund, Myntra team did nothing, they just kept on asking to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours.No courtesy to reply with resolution.
