Myntra.com — An ONLY branded pink cotton tee shirt

I had purchased a pink coloured cotton top of ONLY brand from Myntra and it was delivered to me on time. However I had to replace it due to some manufacturing defect . The Myntra delivery guy took the defective tee shirt but did not give me the replacement. The app shows delivered on the 11th September. I have been making repeated calls to Myntra and have spoken to their supervisor two times in a row. Every time they give me an assurance that the matter will be resolved in 48hours but nothing has been done till now. Even now when I am writing to you I am on a call with them . It’s been 27 mins and they are still connecting me to a supervisor. Request you to help me in this. Either give me the replacement product or refund.
