Myntra.com — Anouk kurta set

I have purchased a product from myntra... That product is delivered by 17 Aug 2021...because the product is not up to mark so I decided to return the product which delivery was scheduled by 18 Aug 2021..so delivery boy called up at 2:33pm and I gave product to him.. But he didn't update the pick up status and same day at evening approx 7:20 pm, I received a text from myntra that your product's pickup is failed and it's has been rescheduled.. I called up to myntra customer care but I didn't get any positive response..
