Myntra.com — asking for extra delivery charges for each product and banning from the cash on delivery benefit | |||
It's really sad to write such thing about a big online brand likmyntra. It's been 5yrs m an elite customer (As they say) purchasing from myntra. Bt frm last month they r overcharging me 149 rupees extra per product as delivery chrg under their fare policy rule by saying that i return multiple times hence m also not allowed to use cash on delivery benefit. Is it fare to accuse in the case when i am purchasing online? They should understand at least if i am buying multiple product at a time it's obvious i'll return too if the product is intangible and not obvious to me would i be forced to keep the unwanted things which i didn't like anymore because of quality issue, price issue, fit issue n so on. Myntra has a strange and weird policy. Why can't they just transfer the refunded amount directly to the customers account instead of putting it in the Myntra credit in Myntra. I want the amount to be transferred to my bank account. Myntra cannot force it's customers to use the amount only on Myntra app
