I placed the order on 22nd December 2018 and the expected delivery was supposed to be latest by 28th December 2018. On 27 the December I received a message saying that the order will be delayed in delivery by 1-2 days. In the meantime, the product tracking feature was not working and it just kept showing product packed and shipped.
Tried calling the Logistics customer care on several occasions but in vain. Either the call doesn't connect or nobody answers.
Finally on 3rd January 2019 I received an email saying your order has been lost and cancelled due to technical reasons and to compensate for inconvenience they provided a coupon code which could be used on next order.
The coupon code is non functional, also the products I ordered, their prices have been hiked by 100%.
Since the product is not out of stock, and losing the product in shipment is a error from the company's behalf, I expect them to deliver the ordered products at the same rate which I bought them at, at the earliest and not compensate by providing me with some fake coupon codes.
