On Sept 14th, My sister gifted me a Myntra gift card. 2 weeks back when I tried to redeem the card, I am getting the message as it has already redeemed. When I check with Myntra customer care, they are accepting the fact that they have given fake gift card.

    I paid online for 3 products about 2.5k rupees, but my order hasn't been confirmed, its been over 24 hours and there is no status about my product. Myntra customer care number is of no help as it is a pre recorded call and no actual person is answering to help me. This is frustrating.

      Suddenly my account was suspended and that too without an explanation. I was an elite member of myntra and have shopped a lot. I don’t know why they suspended my account. There is no proper explanation to it, neither anyone is helping me when I am calling the customer care. I don’t know how can myntra do this to one of the most old customer. This is really unfair and a strict action must be taken.

        I had bought an anthea black solid tiered maxi dress in myntra and pay through mobiwik . Money debited but order not placed in myntra, I reach mobiwik customer care and they notified me that money is transaction is successfully processed at myntra but I didn't get any mail or atleast it doesn't even placed my order . I tried to reach customer care but it is not a valid number and I called myntra toll free number and it doesn't even received at their number, I want my money back or atleast place an order that was originally my intention.

          I ordered roadster teal green pullover on 31st october . I chose cod option for this but after ordering, for some reason i used their swipe machine service when i filled up all my bank details after that it processed, it failed but money was deducted from my bank account . After that when my order arrived i had again paid for the product itself .I tried calling myntra customer care but they are not providing proper information on my refund . They are not refunding my mine plz help

          They are very much fraudulent they are declining my refund request by saying i had not paid extra amount . So much of fraud is going on myntra . Whosoever is watching this cmmnt pplz dont buy anything on myntra they are nowdays are scam

            Bought 2 YURIS Women Black and Off-White Pure Cotton Printed Maxi Dress on 26th October but only received one. After registering a complaint and calling the help center several times, nobody is willing to help me out and raise my complaint . The lost package was worth 779 rupees . I want full refund regarding my order.

              Recently had a purchase in Myntra I have purchased real me buds air 2 wireless on[protected] and the product was shipped[protected] at 4:43am and the same day I received another message 12:42 the product is out for delivery actually it was promised me to deliver on 11th November and when I have purchased it was supercom.net but I have recieved the product from shreyas retail Pvt limited the 1star rated company when I asked this about Myntra they simply avoided it and till date[protected] I have raised 3 tickets but they simply call and say the written script again and again I don't know why can't they accept they mistake they said they have verified everything if they would have verified everything I would have get my product but the fact is I just got real me box there is nothing inside it the earphones are missing and usb cable is missing if I question them the product has been shipped with ware house this will be the answer from them

                  You are doing Fraud with customers. you are Display different item and deliver different item. if you are complaint for that issue. Then there are no solution. Every customer executive write your complaint and said you wait for 48 hour. But you will never get solution by myntra. Bottom level solution not available. If you compliant with upper management then these people behaviour like deaf hearing. All are ingore your issue and you will waste every days your half or 1 hour for that issue. myntra provided Worst service provider in india.

                    I had bought a jeans from myntra which i reiceved in very bad condition i immediately asked for return and gave it to the agent 2 days later when they came for pick up, now they are telling that the item did not pass the quality check and the return is rejected. Want to make it specific that i did not even try it because of the terrible quality and returned it with the tag, tried to call but couldnt . I would like to be contacted as soon as possible and get my money back.

                      I am creating a complaint file on Myntra. Thing was that my order product has been already picked up on 4th November but the refund hasn't been done yet against it. Another thing I have done a file complaining be this and in that file, I have mistakenly written issue of return but my real issue is a delay in refund.

                        I have ordered Michael Kors BRADSHAW Women Gold Analogue Watch MK6359 from myntra.com on 7th Nov 2021. It shipped to my place on 9th Nov2021. When I opened it it did not have any brand tag or any other plastic protection cover. The size was too big so decided to return it as it does not have exchange policy. But now they have rejected my return saying it was a used or damaged product. I have returned it within few hours how it can be used or damaged? I have returned it in condition same as it came to me. Now I want to return it and want my money back.

                        I returned it again, within 2 hours i got my money back because This time I convinced pick up guy and he agreed. Myntra team completely dependent on these pickup guys, they dont have alternative way to check wether the product is used or not.

                          Sir,
                          I had purchased one item from Myntra on 07.10.2021 and the same cancelled by Myntra itself because o[censored]nable to deliver (Order ID # 1185482 [protected]). Myntra has initiated the refund on 22.10.2021 which I should have receive the return refund of rs 5899. But till date 11.11.2021 Myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted Myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.

                          Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

                            Purchased two kurtas for ₹425 and ₹449 abd then opted for refund as the size was very tight . As usual they took the products and initiated the refund for both the products on 19th May 2021. I have not received the refund yet, on talkin with Myntra customer care they said the refund has been initiated on their end so go and talk to the bank. When talked to the bank they said that Myntra has not initiated the refund. The bank from which the payment was done is Indian Overseas Bank

                                I had placed an order on 10th Noevember, 2021 with Myntra. An amount of Rs 1252 has been debited from my mobikwik wallet to Myntra Desings Pvt LTd. However, order status is not shown with all the items still remaining in the cart. Tried contacting them several times, automated messages alone wouldn't help resolve the issue since these problems should be addressed directly with the customer care executive.

                                  My parcel was about to be delivered tomorrow but the delivery boy cancelled my parcel without my permission.I called him last evening but he said i have cancelled you order again.Even today I called him but he did not respond, that parcel was requested to me today, plz help me.

                                      You are the worst service provider to your customer. We follow up for 30 days for a small issue. Till now we did not get any solution. Every day we are connected with mail, customer care and your management. All the customer care executives have only one answer, You wait for 48 hour after that you get a solution. But till now the same issue is running. Such a situation only comes when a company is going to close. We have followed your CEO for the last 15 Days. If at this level don't have solution, then you think what happens with customers at bottom level

                                        I had purchased 3 products on myntra on 1st Nov 2021.
                                        My amount was deducted but order was not placed as there was some network issue at payment gateway.
                                        I called Myntra they said amount would be reached within 2-3 business working days.
                                        I waited and then again called back to Myntra they said again same thing pls connect with the bank and check plus Myntra team is saying they have received the amount aswell but check with bank for refund
                                        .

                                        Now it’s been a week and still I am struggling with Myntra and pathetic service they are providing to customers.
                                        No assistance no help.
                                        Logical thing
                                        If amount has been received by Myntra then give me my order or refund on my Myntra cash. Why will bank give me amount if bank knows amount is received by Myntra.

                                        Bank would have given me the amount only if it was not received by Myntra
                                        Pls help me I am not getting Any help
