I bout 2 items from myntra which costs Rs.1766 totally which i paid through net banking . The amount was deducted through my account but order hasnt placed . I tried to contact my bank their contact us feed .. i tried calling them they wouldnt pick up call.. i emailex them after i tried to contact myntra via email. in some sort of help .. but they unable to reach to me. if you can acknowledge my problem that would be a great thing! thanks peace✌.

Hey, i placed my order for the first time and received full damanged kurti, i have ordered biba kurti, very very disappointed with the quality of kurti. Don't fool your customers like this. I am sharing photos of kurti to show the condition of kurti. I have returned my kurti.

Delivery boy is not making calls and apart from this, he is making false statement of delivery and pickup attempts.

Faking messages of delivery attempt.
Delivery boy is not coming to deliver the package at the address mentioned.
Pickup/Return request raised but not been processed-always making fake messages of attempts.

I am fed up with this type of service.

There is no provision in the myntra app to know the status of payment. No customer care number, no mail id. It is harassement for the consumers.

Actual order had three items

Two were tobe exchanged and third was tobe returned. Request was made on 22 june 2018.

Later one was returned on 25th june for which no refund received yet.

Other 2 were tobe exchanged which are not yet picked.

Request was raised by calling multiple times for rest two products.

Receiving daily false statements.

Poorest ever service site for shopping. No tracking status system.

I purchased an item from myntra. I paid for it as cod isn’t available in my area. Now that when i tracked my item its showing “ returned to origin”.
But why??? Without my notice??? My product was given detailed that it will come by14th july.
Once when i tracked my item it showed order dispatched but today showing returned to origin... I am not new to myntra. Its really very disappointing after seeing this. I want myntra to deliver my item in time or else give my money back...

The Boult Space wireless headphones are working fine till now(25th June) but suddenly the left ear one stopped working. The right ear one is working, I have an issue with left year one. I just want to claim a warranty regarding the product.

I ordered two products on Myntra. Yesterday I got the message as they are delivered but I didn't receive any of them. The status on the app also got updated and showing status as delivered. I tried to contact the delivery boy so many times but he is not picking my calls.

I tried calling customer care but failed to connect with anyone.

Kindly provide me the products or refund my money.

I got the products. The delivery boy delivered them to one of my neighbours whom I barely know. I got to know about the products through a common friend after two days. Although he did deliver the products but dint bother to inform me or pick my call.

It was not a good experience at all
. Some improvements are required in terms of delivery system, so that no customer face this kind of issues in the future.

I am closing my complaint.

When i unpacked the parcel i found trousers of track suit were missing . So i filed a complaint againt this order at your customer care bt after 3 days your delivery boy named amit is refusing to take it because of not getting your approval ... I havnt spend momey to buy this scrap . Take the parcel back in 1 day or i shall file a case in consumer court . Proofs are with me

I placed an order of a lipstick on 22 june i got my order which is an empty box i called to the executive so many time but every time they decline my request even i show them the video that i make while opening the package. Every time i got the same response wait for 24 hrs wait for 48 hrs.
The reason of decline is we checked our side there is no issue from our side.
They mean to say if i received an empty box this s my fault they are not responsible for it.

I had ordered a pair of casual shoes of mast and harbour brand, which i ordered earlier on online shopping site {www.myntra.com} which i received on 03/07/2018 was a defective one.
It had its leather peeling off at front end of shoe, which after seeing at first look i requested return which has been cancelled by company itself and communicated to me through text messages.
I personally guarantee it to be unused and all tags intact.
I humbly request this forum to take necessary action tantamount to mental harssment of customer.

I don't know where the product is. Every time i call up the delivery boy, he tells he is not the one to deliver my product.

I have bought mens pepe jeans checked slim fit shirt. Size 40. But size is small for my husband. So i requested for exchange with one size larger.
Myntra accepted the request and after 6 days myntra cancelled. Now i could not see any option for exchange.

Why myntra after accepting the request for exchange cancelled it.
I want that shirt with one size larger.

Kindly provide me the same shirt with one size larger in same rate.

I received a message that my parcel is being delivered today. The at 13.33
I waited then at 14.49 i received another message that "we could not deli ever due to operational constraints at our end"

I also got the phone number of the delivery boy who did not bother to receive my call. The parcel is a gift for a friends birthday. Not at all professional.
Even the delivery boy did not bother to phone to tell the problem. Not appreciated at all, being a regular customer of myntra.

I returned a product for which they said they have intiated the refund but i did not receive the amount. After talking to the customer care personal they provided me with a reference number. They asked me to check with my bank and I did that too. I still haven't received my money.

I have joined myntra 10 days ago and i ordered two pair of shoes which i need urgently but because of sale they were busy only to ship my order of shoes .
I m waiting from 22 june till 4 july so they can ship my product . Despite making so three calls to customer care executive they have been ignoring my complaint giving me three dates two times.
I m really dissapointed with this type of service and since this is my first personal experience i would like this forum to help me resolve my issue .

i will attach screen shot of orders also which i have done .
Ordered on 22 june, packed on 24 june, after that its not shipped, and its frustrating as i have used discount code in this purchase . Pkease assist me regarding my complaint.

I ordered a shirt online on 22 June. I received this shirt with different pattern and different colour and different sleeves size, I requested to change it, but it is showing out of stock! And when I talked to customer care they asked me to mail, when I sent mail about it, I got reply that they are not accepting mails. I talked to customer care again and they registered complaint but they didn’t provide complaint number! I want what I ordered! Pathetic customer support!!

golden watch for Rs 5597 on myntra from registered [protected]@gmail.com. They delivered a wrong product . I raised a complaint to which there was no response. I placed exchange request hoping that now they will give the right product. Again they delivered wrong product. I again raised a complaint .And the most disgusting thing is whenever I call them they say you have registered no complaint. Kindly please take some action against them . Tell them to deliver my correct order

I am regular customer of mayntra i m in u. A. E. And shop online for so many things bt there is no any customer service agent is available to chat always ur agents are busy even no any contact no. For foregin customer's i m very disappointed i shop for two
Women dress they r not gud and some size issues r there so i return them it is almost 15 and more days, my items are 3 in no. And they are received and picked by by why my money is not received even no mail is replied by your side
My refunds are on processing.. Is myntra didn't value there costmer really disappointed from myntra thank you

I bought a product when it had a good discount on it but after 7-8 days i recieved an e-mail from myntra that the product delivery is cancelled because of some product issues. In place of cancelling that product they offered me an incentive of 400/- which is not at all equivalent to the discounted amount. This is the worst cheating experience i ever had.
I want that this matter should be looked upon seriously and want justice.

My order was placed on 23 rd june and it shows 4 th july as delivery date but on tracking it shows that the item is still at origin centre and rubbish like vehicle came vehicle went etc
I have been trying for many days to contact them and there is not a single faq regarding delay in delivery
And their customers service not picking up calls
I want to know every detail of my order for i ordered t as birthday present and they ruined t by delaying a week and now infinity...

I ordered on 22june, it was suppose to reach mumbai 28 june. Its 3 july i have not yet received my order, i called and complained twice inbetween. This is beyond reach now.. There was suppose to be a written complain copy sent on my email address as guided by the custoner care. The myntra account shows no status regarding when would it reach next. This was a birthday present which is completely ruined its delayed more than a week. Highly disappointing by a brand so well known. I have always ordered on myntra and never recieved such a service, if i had known i would not have sent a gift through your service. Please kindly look into the matter. And i want a update on the earliest.

I haven't received my item but it's already shown as delivered. For my other items i was forced to call the delivery guy many times. Also the specification of one of my ordered item is changed without any notification. Didn't expect such irresponsible service from myntra. Really disgusting. On one of my item it's given that the reason for undelivery is my request for rescheduling but actually i'm unaware of it. Please see through this complaint
