My refund no is[protected]. When i have payed for the trouser, i paid 944 inclusive of tax. Due to size difference i had to return the product. And i have recived a message saying that i will be getting refund of 711 in few days? What about the remaining 233.
Accounting to the sgst and cgst act, the tax paid should be refunded if the product is returned. So why am i not getting the refund of the tax when i haven’t consumed the product.

The myntra logistics tracking code is ml[protected]. (Order no. :[protected]-7567803).. The order was delivered on 27 june 2018 by delivery partner (Phone: [protected]).. He dint even called me and delivered the wrong order.. Instead of my these 5 items i got a dressberry footwear and roadster olive green jeans.. What the hell is going on with myntra.. I am very dissapointed with myntra this time.. And when i reached out to myntra customer care service requesting for a return as wrong item was delivered. They just took a complaint and said will revert back in 3 working days.. It seems like myntra is just delivering the waste items to the customers.. Please don’t fool us and pick up the wrong item and return my 5 items or provide me the refund back..

I have ordered many items from myntra for which i have already paid. Yesterday i got four parcels from myntra which contained four items three dresses and one t shirt. However when i was checking my myntra account it was reflecting that 5 items were delivered not four. I am attaching the picture of the order which was not delivered. I don't know it's the mistake of the delivery boy or the company. Kindly look into the matter. I am really disappointed as nothing like this has ever happened with me. Regards

I ordered Tommy Hilfiger Blue Low-Rise Sidney Skinny Fit Jeans on 20th June on Myntra (order#[protected]-6641301). I even paid Rs. 199 extra to order before the sale started as there was only 1 piece available. The item was delivered on 24th June (Packet number: [protected]) by their deliver partner Lakshmisha (mob # [protected]). I was happy to get the item before promised delivery date. But to my dismay my happiness disappeared as I open the pack and found a Roadster Sweater (Size M and Style code – 1956236, Art no. YEL-205A) worth Rs.1599 inside the packet. I was even more surprised when I found the packet had Tommy Hilfiger label on it (TOMHJENS[protected]. I have attached few pictures of the packet label and the item received.
I reached out to Myntra customer care service requesting for a return as wrong item was delivered. They just took a complaint and said will revert back in 3 working days. When insisted for return they said they first need to do an internal investigation and only after approval they can accept the return and process refund. I am not sure what kind customer service they provide, this “internal investigation” policy is exactly a polite way of saying that “we don’t trust our customers”. In my case, Myntra believes that I received the item ordered and then put a different product in the packet and now asking for refund!! Seriously??
Request you to pick up the wrong item and refund my money ASAP.

I had 2 Gift cards for Rs 5000/ each. I used both of them to buy items from Myntra. Due to various reasons, some of the items had to be returned.

The refund was initiated by Myntra, I received the SMS but no money was credited back to my Gift coupon.
I have called Myntra several times and raised complaints, but there is no resolution to my problem. I am always promised a 24-48 hours TAT.

Total Order value: 5106.32/ - spent 5000/ from Gift card.
After refunds - my Gift card should reflect about 3200/ Rs but instead shows Rs 809.15/

Item 1 and Item 2: Bought and Returned: Refund processed but not showing in gift coupon.
Total order Value : 5090.31/ Rs. Items Refunded should show about 5000/ Rs in gift coupon.

After several failed attempts to get a resolution, I am writing this formal complaint to you.
Please Refund my amounts immediately.

Hi,

I had ordered a saari - order no:[protected]-5474603, logistics tracking number-ml[protected].

The delivery guy arrived on 25th june 2018 and tried to swipe the amount, and said payment is not getting through and left without delivering the package.

And then i contacted myntra customer service, i was told to send bank statement, even the a supervisor came on the phone and without me completing the call he disconnected it on me.

Hi. Actually i ordered some items from myntra on 13th june. From there 2 items got shipped and is stucked somewhere while one item hasnt shipped yet. Im not even able to cancel it as it has been packed already. My order no. Is[protected]-4601003. Please solve this issue.I dont know what should i do. I want my order as soon as possible. I have ordered four product during eors and through my link i earned rs.250. So while placing order, it showed that you can use 213 points and i used that and it said that you have to pay rs. 1983. Then when i rechecked my orders it shows that i have to 2220. What is this myntra? Do you know how hardly i earned those points. Please i want to pay only rs.1983. Pls try to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Sir, i don't want to return the product but this pair of shoes doesn't fit me even though my size is 6 for all the shoes. So what is my fault in this? I will certainly have to return this product. As there is not a single issue from my side so i want the entire amount to be refunded including vat.

I ordered a product. It was without price tag. Now they are not taking the return. First of all product looks completely different than i ordered. Then it is of different size. They are simply saying they can’t accept. I even said they can have the quality check before refunding the amount. They are not accepting that as well. If product is different they can check under the weightage and they can confirm by having a look at it. But they are not ready to the quality check as well. There customer service team is also not responding properly.

This is to notify you that i am myntra customer since 2013 and i really like myntra in terms of quality or delivery.

However this time i am very disappointed with my last order unfortunately. I have ordered three products i. E. 2 roadster shirts and 1 roadster jeans. I had received these products by 6th june. Actually this was a birthday gift to my husband and birthday was on 14th june. I gift this to him on 14th. While he checking and tell me it seems like it's used product as there are high range of lints on both right and left pocket.

I have attached the pictures of the condition of jeans. Although while i contact to your customer executives (Shikha & deepak) they said they can't do anything. It means there is no customer satisfaction in myntra.

I have returned my products and not received the refund even after 15 days. Customer support asked me to wait for 10 days for the amount to be credited and now its been more that 10 days. They have provided me with the transaction id and asked to complaint in the bank branch as they have initiated the refund from their side. But the bank is saying transaction can not be checked until and unless the amount is received.
What do i do if am not getting help from myntra and the bank.

I have ordered puma sandal's and received it yesterday. I have received used sandals. It is full of dust and it's base itself shows it is used. I have placed return request and submitted my details and i want complete action and forward this to local myntra centre and i want my cashback to my account. I am completely disappointed with your product and service. I want quick action.

I have ordered adidas shoe (Id[protected]-8062301) but got old books instead. I am complaining since 12 days in customer support, every time they asked for few more and more days. At last they closed the matter by saying that we shipped right product. But they should understand that delivery of right product is their responsibility too. I dont know whether you have shipped this garbage or something happened during transition. I want my refund.

I have cancelled my orders and returned orders. Money debited from my account. And not credited my money into my account. I have contacted regarding this with myntra also, but they are saying we are not responsible and contact your bankers. And banker also saying we cannot do anything. But they are showing only reference numbers and saying we all are not responsible.
Then where i need to go for my money. Please help me.
