I made 2 transactions worth 32k altogether on 22.05.2016. While i was at it there was a glitch mentioning that the purchase could not be completed. That was why i tried twice but nothing happened. However the amount was debited from my kotak mahindra account. Both the parties keep asking me to send proof but who would have thought to make screenshots at that moment. I have contacted the bank but they have not been very helpful either. I just want to get my money back. Please help!

How long did it take for you? Because i am also going through the same situation now.order didnt get placed but amount got deducted from my account on 10th of dec.im wasting all my balance in calling them everyday.they always keep asking for more and more time.

Brought a 7500 inr jacket for moving to sweden. As per the description, the jacket is a two layer thermal wear which are independent. The outer layer can be worn without the inner one and vice versa. (Http://www.myntra.com/jackets/columbia/columbia-blue-bugaboo-interchange-jacket...⇄

The item was delivered with intact packaging. But upon checking the contents, only the outer blue jacket was included in the package. The outer jacket is totally useless on its own in swedish climates.In effect i lost 7500 rs due to myntra's negligence.

Even after requesting a return. They are honoring me with a response. Which is exactly opposite to their claims that a representative would contact within 24 hours.

Future customers please be warned.

Please send reference number. my account is not creadited. My order no[protected] txn was[protected].i receive call from your agent he told process is running. But even today amount not refund and I am not receive any message from vector e commerce

I placed an order on 1 july and my amount was debited from my account then only. but on 2 july info came that order has not been placed due to some problems with payment and if amount ahs been debited will be refunded to me. but till now it hasnt been refunded to me.
They dont answer on twitter and even dont reply on mail. when i called them they told me to wait for another 7 days for them to provide me transaction number of the refund.

My track no:mynp[protected] and order no.:[protected]. I have problem in my shippment. They have cancelled my exchange without informing or contacting us. Simply they cancelled due to insufficient address. What about my shippment when is delievered to me for the first time they don't have any insufficient address problem and when it is for exchange without informing or contacting us hw can you cancel it. I ordered a watch from myntra. Order no[protected]. I got the message on 14 july2016 that it is delivered but it was not delivered, so i called to myntra custmer support. They told it is already delivered and they will check. On 15 july 2016, the parcel was delivered at 11 a. M. The packet was teared off. It was folded and stick with tape. It contains empty covers and magazine papers. The watch is not there in the packet. I was not present at the delivery time. It was delivered to the reception in my hostel. I did'nt get any call from delivery person before or after delivery. I am trying to call myntra customer care but it is not reachable. I also have cc tv footage from the time he delivered till the time i recieved the parcel from reception. It was not tempered meanwhile.

Product delivered on 15th july, afternoon. but after i opened the parcel i didn't find any product but only papers... i'm sending all images related to parcel.
So i'm requesting you please collect parcel and refund my money back immediately.
I purchased products total value of 25000 rupees which are about to deliver in 2-3 days... i'll not accept any of those products till u resolve this issue..

"[protected]" is my order id. I've placed a return request, and it was supposed to be picked up on 28th june 2016, they didn't even try to reach me also and they are making the status as"return pick up failed" without any reason and without trying to call me. I've raised this for 3 times. But no response. Even the pick up boy won't lift the call post-lunch timings. He will tell he will reach by the end of the day, but he won't pick up the call later. I've complained to myntra about this uncountable times. They are not taking any necessary action. I don't know what i can do with this?

. I have a returned the 5 items back to myntra on july 9th 2016. I have received the money only for for 4 items on july 9th 2016 to my bank account.. But still one item money is not refunded to my bank account. The return number is 14955848. Item name is hrx by hrithik roashan navy casual shirt. Amount fare is 755.57/-rs. Its been quite some time, that my payments are not received even though things have been returned.
My order No. 89406601. Placed on Aug 06, 2015 and returned on Aug 11 2015. Amount : Rs. 682.

In FAQ's its mentioned that, once we place the order, the money would get automatically deducted. but when i try that, even that is also not happening.

I have ordered, 2 Clothing material, in there in my Shopping Bag, & have gone to payment multile times, to ensure i use the money which is already present there. somehow, it doesnt erupts.

Please let me know what has to be done.

One more issue is: what ever i select in my phone, is not refelcting on my laptop, though the accont remain same, please clarify.

I had placed an order on myntra for chino shorts on 7th of july and had already paid for them online. the estimated time of arrival was 14th july and since i did not receive them yesterday, i checked on the app only to find theor status has not changed from "shipping" since their last update which was on 10th july.
It also did not show the option to cancel.
I then called the customer care hoping they would be able to put in a request for order cancellation. however, he refused to do say saying the order has already been shipped and that i can "return" the order once it reaches my place, but i cannot cancel it presently. i don't know when my order will reach me, there has not been any update from their end. the thing is, why should i wait for n number of days just so i can return it once i receive it. i've already paid for it so i want it cancelled now and my money refunded to my account.

I had placed a return dated 5th july, now 10 days have past but no sign of delivery yet .It was mentioned that the order will be delivered by 13th july.
I understand that there are many orders placed at the same time, it takes time to deliver, but I think 8 days were long enough to deliver the product .
Please go through the case.

I have placed order in mytra.com in the latest sale days. on july 02 2016, i have placed the order for an amount of 1600 inr. i have paid the money upfront. myntra told me the product would be delivered by jul 11 2016 and have me the tracking id. i have been tracking the product all along since then. on jul 11 2016 the product reached my city, but on 15 jul 2016 they cancelled my order saying they can not deliver product to my address. this is highly irresponsible behavior on their part, their parant company flipakrt has delivered so many orders to the same address. myntra is cheating people with fake orders, even though they do not have sufficient products to sell.

Myntra customer service said, they could not do anything about the order as it has already been cancelled. They can not deliver the order come what may.

Hi,
I placed an order on myntra and i got a mail that order has been placed successfully and also got an mail that expected delivery is 6th july, but on 6th july they did not deliver that product, and when asked customcare about it he told the it will be deliver after one week.
I waited till 13 july but they did not deliver that product, on 14th july they cancelled my order and send me mail that it has been out of stock.
