By myntra "we are sorry that an item in your myntra order has been cancelled. Such cancellations usually happen because the product did not meet our quality standard. Unfortunately, we do not have another unit of this product in stock to ship to you. Rather than ship you a poor quality product, we have cancelled the item in your order. This is a rare occurrence and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you."

This is all bull i'm going to sue myntra for not delivering the product even after successful order booking.

Dear customer, we regret to inform you that we were unable to process an item of your order id[protected] due to product unavailability. Please accept a gift voucher worth rs.400 as a goodwill gesture. Voucher details will be shared on your registered email id within 5-7 days. The voucher will be valid till 31st august 2016. Refund has already been initiated if you have paid online.

Not intrested with ur worthless voucher!!

    Sir, i orders 3 items on 09.07.2016 in myntra.com my order no:[protected] they promised me to delivery on 14.07.2016. two items are delivered after 3 days but one order is remain and kelp in hold and saying that some huge orders it is delay. so i waited for 10 days. on 19.07.2016 i called to customer care about my order status but they are said promised me that your order is delivered as soon as possible. again i checked my order track but also no movement. again i called to customer care to ask about my order status when i am in on the line order cancelled mail they sended and said that we cancelled your order, no stock. but when i ordered there is stock is there and payment also done and accepted my order, promised me, now they without intimating me cancelled order. it is my option and they are saying we can do that. please sir/madam help me. daily without formal i am going to office. i had dream of that product but they are broken my heart.

      I had cancelled an order on myntra on 7th july 2016 at 8:00 pm. I was informed that a refund of the amount paid would be made withing 7-10 days but it has been more than 10 days and no refund has been received yet. I am Greatly aggrieved by this kind of callous attitude of the company and I want my money to be refunded at the earliest. This has already caused a lot of trouble and inconvenience to me. It is expected of the company to now at least look into the matter and refund the money back as soon as possible without creating anymore trouble.

        I have have received product from warehouse after waiting 10 days for delivery no proper response not even a single mail, and now waiting to pickup 1 product return from 1 week i'm tired of this even shopclues and paytm are better than you. Customer service is very poor they just hang up phone these cheaters couldn't even provide toll free number and it costs me 2 rupees / minute... 300 or 400 i spent to talk to customer care... Refund my money at any cost asap... Bad bad experience..

        Myntra boasts of Customer Service Quality. But our experience is shocking. Orders id[protected] placed by my daughter on 3rd July still not complied in full!! Major chunk of order worth over Rs5000- not delivered in spite of spending lot of time &money on phone calls, reminders over email etc. &mind you to get a call on their support number one has to have tremendous patience &BP shoots up waiting for the call to materialise!! Talked many times in spite of all the dreadful experiences in getting the call, sent mails for cancelling the pending order & refund money. Again no response even after the Complaint Escalation Team assured action on refund & Confirmation mail by yesterday.. What a Customer friendly Company??Can they exist in this fashion, harassing &chasing the Customers out. The CEO proclaims of making profits this Year. Is it by collecting money & deceiving Customers in this fashion??

          Today i have added one item in cart and when i checked the order total was showing 1730rs. But when i did the calculation based on price details provided on screen. I got 1729 (3, 295 -1, 648+82). I agree it is only 1rs difference but u can`t cheat us like this. We generally don`t check the calculation every time while placing the order. I think may be before also you were doing same thing. But we didn`t notice that time.

          If you are collecting 1rs from every customer like this then you be in crores in days by cheating customers.

          Please correct the problem

            I recently bought an article from #myntra, in that the mrp tag has scratches on the price amount. When i tried returning the article due to size mismatch, customer care is saying that it cannot be returned and stating the reason that the tag is having scratches. Moreover they are asking me images at the time when i received the article. How can i provide the images at the time of receipt of article. This is ridiculous, seems that #myntra is dumping it's old stocks to the customers.
            Now when i raised complaints to the customer care, that complaint is closed, dropped several follow-up mails but no response yet.

            I placed my order on 2nd july 2016, there were 3 products, today its 15th and yet only 1 product has been delivered... Its too late...

              This month july 2nd myntra kept some flash sale at exactly midnight 12:00 pm.. So, i tried to buy shoes and socks which costs around 850rs. While am trying to purchase that product via kotak net banking. Otp (One time password) also verified. But, suddenly my ordered got failed.. But, my amount got debited from my bank. So, i called to myntra customer care number which was +[protected] and i explained my issue to them. The very next day i. E on 5-7-2016 i got reply from there in message form. Like,

              "dear customer, we regret to inform you that your account got debited but order could not be processed. We have initiated refund it within 7-10 days. We regret the inconvenience caused. Please accept a coupon of rs.400 off on rs.1000 as a goodwill gesture. Coupon details will be shared with you within 48 hours"

              But, today is[protected] but, still the amount not yet credited to my account. Please, contact me to get clear idea about the problem.

                Hi its ibadat I had ordered a blow dry brush with order no[protected] I had ordered it on 10 July and the expected date in which it had been delivered was on 18 July bt I haven't received my order plz look at it and send the delivery as soon as possible.

                  I have ordered a t-shirt and a jeans in myntra and i was expecting that soon. But not sure no one has called me or intimated me about the product delivery. The courier boy has dropped the package in some other address and not even cared to call me.

                  When that particular owner of the wrong address called me and intimated about the package i didn't even know that the package has been delivered.

                    I have purchased a shoe through myntra online portal and now want to exchange due to size issue but the customer care and the website is not providing any related facility (Even committed in the sales invoices). They are saying pickup facility is not available and no return form is there for download so that i can send the product through manual shipment process.

                      ‪#‎myntra‬ just fooling me, i raised return request on 14th, today is 18th but nobody yet turned to pick up product, look like they don't value their customers... Again they using my money from 4th july so #myntra should pay me compensation for using my money and wasting my time, also spent over rs100 phone bill to talk to their agents... This is what i... Got... Think before buying... They will spoil time...

                        I order one of the product form myntra, on 10th juy 2016. I received on 15th july my order no[protected] but the product of the size were too small. So i requested for the return on 15th july 2016 and my return no: 15349464 but my return product has not pick up yet and their is no such notification of the return form last two days and even myntra associate did not contact me.

                            I had tried ordering some items from myntra but the payment failed twice of amount of rs. 3323
                            Although the amount got deducted twice from my bank account. I had already registered complaint and they
                            Refunded amount for only 1 transaction. Myntra people are saying that they didn't get the amount and bank
                            People are saying they have debited the amount so ask the third party.

                            The refund for order id :[protected] an amount of rs 3323.21 is given and for another order id :[protected] for which the same amount is debited is still not processed and was being denied but now all they are saying to wait for over 10 days.

                              The delivery boy arrived with my watch which i ordered from myntra and the bill was of 449rs so i gave him 500rs he immediately refused to take, and asked me to bring exact 450 change. I opposed and he told me its your fault you should keep change and asked me to bring change from anywhere otherwise he will return the order. He gave his phone no-[protected] his name sunil mhatre and he went delivering the order. Please myntra look onto this matter

                                I have purchased a legging and a kurtha along with other items,
                                The kurtha was small and the legging had tears when i got them. Returned the items and got a call from customer care saying that they are going to send the item back as the tags were missing. How is that possible when the person who collects the items only takes it back if the item is given with a tag. After few days even though i explained the whole situation i got the item back by post and the amount for the kurtha is not paid back yet.

                                I am going to publish this in social media and go to consumer court and also keep my friends and family from purchasing from myntra.com

                                  I made 2 transactions worth 32k altogether on 22.05.2016. While i was at it there was a glitch mentioning that the purchase could not be completed. That was why i tried twice but nothing happened. However the amount was debited from my kotak mahindra account. Both the parties keep asking me to send proof but who would have thought to make screenshots at that moment. I have contacted the bank but they have not been very helpful either. I just want to get my money back. Please help!

                                    Brought a 7500 inr jacket for moving to sweden. As per the description, the jacket is a two layer thermal wear which are independent. The outer layer can be worn without the inner one and vice versa. (Http://www.myntra.com/jackets/columbia/columbia-blue-bugaboo-interchange-jacket...

                                    The item was delivered with intact packaging. But upon checking the contents, only the outer blue jacket was included in the package. The outer jacket is totally useless on its own in swedish climates.In effect i lost 7500 rs due to myntra's negligence.

                                    Even after requesting a return. They are honoring me with a response. Which is exactly opposite to their claims that a representative would contact within 24 hours.

                                    Future customers please be warned.
