Myntra.com — bad experience and no refund received. | |||||
Product picked up on 4th jan but didn't received any refund. Received email for incorrect bank details and i sent them again. Call myntra line many time and they told me to wait for 2-3 days or 24-48 hours but nothing is happening. My rs 1093/- stuck. Very bad experience. Even i had words with senior executive they also asure me the same. I ask them to share email for this but they said they can't do so. Why? Firstly i had problem with my courier self shipped amount of rs 360/- for that they didn't add the myntra point and after calling so many time received response after 4 months the stamp is missing. See what type of services is this. I'm so frustrated. And i don't want to waste my money again. Please take some serious action and for email they don't respond.
