Myntra.com — Cancelling the order before the delivery date by Myntra

I have ordered products on Myntra in the end of season sale which been from 11th June to 17 June . I have ordered total 9 products on 12th June and made a the payment by credit card . In the Myntra app it showed that my order is conformed and the 8 products will be delivered on 16th June and 1product will be delivered on 18th June .I have been tracking my order through the Myntra app. On the 15th June I have checked the Myntra app in the day time it showed that my order reached nearby warehouse. On the similar date I got a text message that your order has been cancelled due to internal issue .I have contacted to Myntra customer care, they are saying that its your bank issue and did not get the payment .The day I ordered my money has been debited from my credit card and I got a conformation of my order. Myntra giving the conformation of my order through message and through app. The customer care staff are saying that the problem is from my bank. I have enquire my bank they said that payment was already done there is no mistake from our side . The first time I have call to Myntra they said we will resolve the issue and cut the call .On the second time they said its bank issue .on third time said that it is internal issue and fourth time they are saying that the products has been damaged in the warehouse. The different reasons are coming from the customer care every time I have been calling .
