Myntra.com — casual shoes cost 1200

I have ordered a casual shoes worth of 1200 inr on 7th sept, firstly i have received delivery date of 14 sept.
Since 13th sept i am trying to get my order chasing over phone calls but till date i have not received my order.
Their courier partners are not delivering order and stating information to myntra that i am rescheduling my order and the same wrong info was provided thrice.
