I had opted for cash on delivery for order no 99721474 delivered on 14th Dec'15 by Myntra. Delivery boy carried swipe machine and I had to swipe the card twice since the transaction had failed the first time, but my money got deducted. Second time it was successful which means I was charged double. And was informed by delivery boy that the deducted money shall be reversed in 48 hours maximum. It's been 10 days now no reversal is proceeded.
I called the Customer Care atleast 10 times in past week but they are harassing me my making me repeat the complaint again and again. I end up narrating the same story to 15 different people including the supervisors, seniors.
They asked me to send a statement of my bank transactions from 14th till date.
I have sent them the Statement 5 times in last 3 days but they are just not ready to accept that the Statement is enclosed in mails. I forwarded the same mail to a friend for cross-check, he is clearly able to see and open the attached Statement but these Myntra people are refusing the receipt of Statement.
I sent a normal attachment like one does in a mail, I tired sending through google drive, they said we cant open it, I again pasted the jpg in the body of the mail but I dont see any luck.
They are suppose to return 2896 INR. They have blocked by money form past 10 days and are not going to even pay interest on the block money on the contrary are harassing me by asking me to email same thing 5 times till now.
They neither are putting me through a manager nor are they giving direct mail id of particular concerned senior.
They are just fooling me and nothing else.
I need some assistance form your side in the matter
