Rubbish myntra customer service. Ms. Kajal escalation supervisor is so unprofessional and doesn't treat the customer issues neither try to help the customer.
I got the wrong product and delivery guy took the wrong product but never delivered my original primary product and without informing me the team has cancelled the product and initiated the refund without my knowledge. Upon asking so many customer care executives, supervisors and managers none of them were able to give the proper response.
And upon raising my voice ms. Kajal says you have to be professional when talking to us, instead of helping me with my issue she was raising her voice even though the mistake was from myntra side. Pathetic customer service team myntra.
Also without my knowledge all the chats and issues were marked as resolved whereas the issue was on since 13th aug 2023. And these guys marked all the issues as resolved just to close their tickets.
