[Resolved] Myntra.com — complaining about the defective order | |||
Hi myntra team, I just wanted to let you know that i had placed an ordered of gerua palazzo set (In orange & grey color), which i had received in november 2018 was having the list of defects, which are as follows. 1. I had return the order & asked for the another one for the same. Because after receiving i found out some colour difference in palazzo. 2. Second time when i had placed an ordered, i was not in town & was having busy schedules. So i did not get time to check & thought & trusted that it will be fine now. But when i took out now to wear it, i saw there were so many defects in the palazzo. Pictures are attached below. This is a serious issue for me. Because i have paid 1428/- for the shet which i have got without checking from your end. Please solve this issue from your end. Also please note, this is not the first time i have ordered. I order from myntra very often, but i never had this sort of issue, & have faith also that this will not happen again with any of your customer too. Hope i can expect a good response from your side.
