I am writing to raise an official consumer rights complaint against Myntra regarding a recent delivery issue that I have been facing. Despite following the standard procedure of raising a complaint for approval and receiving confirmation of the return, I have repeatedly faced the same problem.
Every time the delivery agent arrives, his phone is not updated with the approval, and he demands the original product back. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I have tried this method about 4-5 times now, and yet the issue remains unresolved.
As a consumer, I believe that I have the right to receive products that are in good condition and to return them if they are not as described. However, Myntra's delivery process has failed to meet these basic expectations, and I have been left with no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, and I expect Myntra to take this matter seriously and provide a prompt solution. I also request that Myntra reviews its delivery procedures and ensures that its delivery agents are properly trained and equipped to handle such situations.
I would like to remind Myntra that as a consumer, I have the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Failure to do so would mean a breach of consumer rights, and I reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that a satisfactory resolution will be reached soon.
