Subject: Complaint Against Myntra – Repeated Wrong Product Delivery (Same Print T-Shirt) & Suspected Fraud
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Myntra for repeatedly delivering wrong products and mentally harassing customers through delay tactics, refund delays, and suspected fraudulent practices.
🔴 Complaint Details:
On [Insert Date], I ordered 4 Outlaws branded T-shirts via Myntra. However, I received wrong products with the same incorrect print design.
I contacted Myntra 17 times through customer care, and after one month, they finally processed my refund.
Later, on 13th July 2025, my wife placed another order for the same Outlaws T-shirt, intended as a birthday gift for me.
Before delivery, I had already emailed Myntra clearly requesting that the correct product be sent.
Despite this advance warning, the same wrong printed T-shirt was delivered again.
This is not a one-time mistake anymore. Mistakes happen once, but when the same wrong item is delivered multiple times, even after prior notice, it becomes deliberate fraud.
⚠️ Suspected Pattern of Fraud:
The same incorrect printed T-shirt is being delivered again and again under the name of "Outlaws".
It seems like Myntra and the Outlaws brand are intentionally delivering wrong stock while showing different images on the product page.
This could be part of a larger scam, where customers place orders, their funds are held for weeks, and refunds are delayed only after continuous follow-ups.
Over the past 2 months, I alone have faced this issue twice. I request an investigation into how many customers have received this same misprinted item instead of the correct product.
This is a serious matter involving misleading product listings, breach of trust, misuse of customer funds, and possible manipulation of refunds for internal gain.

3. Strict instructions to Myntra to stop fraudulent practices and provide honest service to customers.
