Dear Sir/madam, I have ordered this "JET BLACK INCOLOR WATERPROOF GEL EYELINER" few days back but today I have received the product in used form.You would appreciate that already 7 days have passed since I ordered the product and still I haven't been able to use the product as required at my end.Hence, I would request you to kindly attend to my complaint urgently and provide me with replaced product at the earliest. I have kept the product in the same form as they were received. The same can be checked by your person while picking up the product from my place for return.
