I had a previous positive experience with Myntra, but recently, a delivery agent informed me that Myntra doesn’t deliver to my location. This was confusing because Myntra had previously delivered to my doorstep. The agent insisted I pick up my parcel from his location, which is unprofessional and frustrating.
Additionally, I faced another issue where the delivery agent asked me for my phone number under the pretext of delivering my parcel sooner. After waiting for over an hour, he failed to deliver and promised another delivery window, but nothing happened. Why ask for my number if the delivery was never intended to be completed?
Moreover, I noticed that my Myntra order had the Flipkart logo and QR code, suggesting that Myntra’s deliveries are being handled by Flipkart, which is concerning.
Platforms like Flipkart and Meesho mention if they cannot deliver to a specific location, and I think Myntra should do the same. If your delivery service cannot reach certain areas, it should be made clear upfront to avoid wasting customers’ time.
