Myntra.com — Complaint regarding wrong product delivery and repeated denial of resolution by

After receiving the wrong product, I immediately raised a complaint with Myntra.com customer care through their app/website/email/chat on 13/10/2025. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved.

The company representatives keep repeating the same scripted response, such as:

“We are looking into the issue, ” or “We have escalated the matter, ”
but no practical resolution has been provided till date.

Even after sharing photos, unboxing video, and all required proofs, they have neither initiated a refund/replacement nor provided a proper explanation. This has caused me mental distress, loss of time, and financial inconvenience.
