Myntra.com — courier pickup service and logistics of myntra is very unprofessional

I have ordered some items from Myntra but it was not same as shown so I requested them for return. I got sms from Myntra with courier person contact number. I called on that number to confirm the pickup time he said me at he will pickup my item in 2hr even I said him that I am going outside having some emergency so please try so come soon and after 2hr again I called him again he said 2hr more or tomorrow he will pickup the item.
This is very unprofessional and don’t have value of customer time.
Very pathetic service by Myntra.
I’m dis-appointment.

Updated by Oswal sweety They are doing very poor service in pickup service. Very bad courier and logistics service. Order item shop from myntra at own risk. I have very bad experience.
There products are good sometimes it’s very bad. But there logistics service person which they hire is very unprofessional and very bad.
