1) The option of changing the address after the payment I done does not work. Every address even in NCR is shown as not serviceable.
2) The customer care phone number doesn't not redirect you to any service executive. It is only recorded messages on how to use the site and app.
3) The reply to your Complaints through email are useless. They don't give you the solution. Instead they state your problem again.
4) The products are shipped inspire of complaints about the delivery details.
