Myntra.com — Damaged product sent by Myntra | |||||
I received a damaged product from myntra and the next day i made a request for return and they declined to receive it. Then i call them many times so finally they picked up the product and it's all most a month i didn't receive any refund and no information regarding the product. Now i am keep calling them every time a different user received my call and say will contact you in 24 hours and after those calll neither i receive any call or emails. Finally i callled a different user and he said your product is not even picked up. They want me to bear a loss of 1700. Was this information helpful? | |||||
