Myntra.com — Deactivation of my account and Return of my products kept on hold

Hello,
This is a severe issue where i have ordered 2 products from Myntra.com on and when i wanted to return the products. My orders were rejected the return request and the product are not getting any option to file for return again. Also as i reached out to the customer care, my account has been deactivated so i am unable to do anything about the return of my product.
