Myntra.com — Defective product | |||||
Hi, my complaint is against the online shopping giant myntra. I'm a regular customer from last 4 years. This time I received a product with stain on it and I didn't notice it when it was delivered to me. Without even trying the dress, I returned the product. The myntra team came back to me that the product can't be returned as it has a stain. When they returned the dress, it was in a shabby condition. They asked me to mail the picture of product and tags as well. I sent that and their team send me an email that the product is in used condition so won't be returned. This product is of no use to me and moreover why I should I keep it when I didn't make any stain. It costed me Rs 1000/-. Who can guarantee me that when the product was taken and resent by the delivery boy, it wasn't spoiled by him? What if the product returned to me was not what was sent to me earlier? The stain WASNT there when I had received the product originally. I need my money back. And strict action be taken against myntra for all causing all this trouble. cancel my one order before delivery
i had to order somthing else, but by mistake i ordered somthing elso, so i want to cancel first order which is going to be ordered on 12 january 2015..:)making fraud on customer
a I ordered a sport short from myntra in july and the size was too big also the quality was not good. So I requested to return the order and the agent who came to pick up my order refused to take the order. The product is completely unused it consist of all the three tags still he didn't take my order. I don't understant what quality issue he was talking about if tags are still there the product was way too bigger, nothing was wrong with the product why did he refused. My money is blocked with that stupid product and myntra help centre is saying to upload the picture well I am doing it right now let see will you respond now because this is the third time i am asking for agent to take that parcel that is completely unused!!!
