I Purchased Boult Rock Smartwatch for Rs 2100 with 500 rs Coupon applied. Order ID # 1237859 [protected] From Myntra and Delivered on 6 June, 2023. I noticed that Strap of watch was not so comfortable in wearing and Personally I not feel it accurate calculate steps so I contact Myntra Chat Method on 7th June, 2023. Executive said that product is Defective ( in Terms of Accuracy and uncomfortable in wear) & he assume that it is Damage. Even multiple times I complain they write it wrongly. I check in Site product was Out of stock for Replace and Exchange was available so I decided to create exchange on 7th june, 2023. I paid 400 extra as as It was Exchange with Boult Sphere ( price was Same but This time I can't use First time user Coupen Worth 400 Rs) It Show Exchange Date as 14th June 2023. I waited Patiently till I get Message that your Product is on Hold. I contact there Customer Service Agent on Call and Show them that Product was not Damage and in Proper Condition by Sending Agent provided
link on Help Page) Again on 15th June, 2023 after so much attempts (many Times Agents not answer and Cut Call themselves) many Delays (Waiting Time 20 minutes, 16 Minutes...) I talked them and Their Superior Executive. After Telling her All Mess like Return Complain to Exchange Product Hold On then Rejected due to Quality test Check Failed Message and there reason like Return not available then she accept that it was Their fault and Said that will Reinvestigate And Update in 3 Days. I have All Recordings and Chats for Backup. If not Heard by Myntra then By Consumer Court. Waiting For Justice.
