Myntra.com — Defective product delivered TROUSERS ON 16052023

This is you inform you Order ID # 1236125 [protected] was delivered to me which was totally defective to the product which I ordered so i requested for an exchange but when the delivery guy captured the photo it was being hold as the product did not match. Which I ordered and what I received, I don't what and how are they managing seller who are sending the wrong product and during replacement they are verifying the product.
company and seller both are not ready to take any sort of liability as to how this defective product was delivered
