Myntra.com — Delayed delivery, refusal to cancel. | |||||
I had placed an order on myntra for chino shorts on 7th of july and had already paid for them online. the estimated time of arrival was 14th july and since i did not receive them yesterday, i checked on the app only to find theor status has not changed from "shipping" since their last update which was on 10th july. It also did not show the option to cancel. I then called the customer care hoping they would be able to put in a request for order cancellation. however, he refused to do say saying the order has already been shipped and that i can "return" the order once it reaches my place, but i cannot cancel it presently. i don't know when my order will reach me, there has not been any update from their end. the thing is, why should i wait for n number of days just so i can return it once i receive it. i've already paid for it so i want it cancelled now and my money refunded to my account.
