Myntra.com — delivered damaged product | |||
I have bought a jacket from myntra on 22nd of december and that item was delivered on 30th of december 2019. When i checked i found that the product was damaged. After that i have called to customer care and asked them to replace the product as soon as possible as it was damaged. They told me it will take 3 days to share the update with you regarding the damaged product. After that we will initiate our process. I am really disappointed by the services of myntra.
