[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Delivering bad quality products and refuse to replace it.

Delivered bad quality product and after opening the item, we observed that the item was defective and looking like used products. After opening the parcel on the same time we asked for return. Next day they came for pickup and refused to pickup giving various excuse that the order copy was not present, whereas invoice was in the packet. After complaining to customer care executive, they informed us various excuses but till now they had not return the item. Every time they are asking for pic of the order copy, tag etc and all the items are uploaded but then also it was not returned back
