Four days back (29/12/18) i was paying for an item which was a cash on delivery order. I swiped the card and entered pin, post which the delivery executive, without showing me the status, told it was declined. Though i immediately received the message of successful transaction, he assured me that it will be refunded. Then he asked me to pay in cash, which i did. He later told that if the amount is not credited, he would give me back the cash.
I live in a hostel at iit bombay and he comes here daily. I have called him several times to pay me back the money but he has kept me fooling around, saying he will return later. I still have not received my money and since there is no record of payment, i have no proof.

I would also like to point out that i has placed a return request for tha same product as i received the wrong one (Im so in luck) and he was assigned to pick it up.
