I had purchase a shoes on myntra EOR 3 jan and had given return on same date as i recieved the product i.e on 5 jan, when i call customercare they say i have been rescheduling by delivery date but no one ever contacted me for Return purpose and its been rescheduled backend from their side. Also i had called many times customercare for support but got nothing happening response.lately i talked with supervisor Rishab and agent tushar on call and also had raised complained for this on their portal, this guys had promised me delievery pickup on before 20 th jan 2017.hope i dont need to write or call any for this support again n again.

Updated by nilesh9131 Now myntra had Cancelled by return pickup order, dont know what logic they are putting by giving such a headache, still no pickup, please take this product for return and will never make mistake to come again to myntra.
