I would like to raise a complaint about this executive Syed Nayaz who is rude n unprofessional and he doesn’t bother about the instructions given to him by the customer!
I had clearly told him to call me n not ring the doorbell as my infant had just slept n wasn’t well.. the executive said he won’t ring the bell but then not only he rang the bell but then quickly disappeared after leaving the parcel at my door n the did not pick up the call after trying to reach him multiple times..
And the same thing had happened few weeks back as well when my husband had told him to call n not ring the bell.. but then also he rang the bell n quickly left after leaving the parcel.. that was the first time so we ignored but then this fellow purposely do this n later won’t pick up the call!!!
And I tried chatting with Myntra customer care but then without resolving the matter they ended the chat ! Wow!!
Later I tried calling Myntra customer care n the lady over the phone was so casual that she forgot the name of the executive I said n then did not get a call back from any superior as told by her..
I an highly disappointed n so upset that nobody really cares about resolving the issue that too when I am a privileged customer of Myntra ! Was this information helpful? |
