Myntra.com — Delivery guy refused to accept exchange product and marked it on HOLD

I had purchased a top (Order ID # 1201888 [protected]) from myntra some days back and they sent it in a totally different color and design. I placed an exchange request for it. The delivery guy came on 24th APR 2022 and refused to take the product saying this is a different product and he doesn't have some approval mail to collect this from myntra. I told him I had requested exchange as wrong product was delivered to me so why any more approval is required. He put my order status ON HOLD and reason as did not pass quality check and that the tags on the product are missing . I have all the tags with original packaging and bills still this wrong status is updated and now i'm unable to contact customer service for this and neither able to cancel the order . Please help me get either the right product or the refund for this.
